  FAQ  

  • Is it hot inside?
    NO. SINCE WE USE EPS WALL PANELS, THE HEAT DOESN'T PENETRATE INSIDE, UNLIKE with THE TRADITIONAL SHIPPING CONTAINER VAN.
  • What's it made of?
    Very durable steel and insulated walls.
  • How many floors can we stack?
    2 floors, but if you need to stack it up to 3 floors, let us know in advance. This can be arranged through a special order.
  • How powerful should my air conditioning unit be?
    1 HP only per unit. the insulation helps the air conditioning. HOW POWERFUL SHOULD MY AIR CONDITIONING UNIT BE?
  • Can this only be built on flat land areas?
    Although it is best to place this on land that is flat or cemented, it is not necessary. A pedestal can be used if the area is not flat.
  • How long does it take to assemble?
    If land prep is ready, with good weather just 1-2 days to build FOR 1 UNIT.
  • How long will it last?
    20 years. but if you do regular repainting and self care it could last longer.
  • Can you do customized designs?
    Yes, we can customize design. You can provide your design or our in-house designer can design something for you for a fee.
